UK first press 1978. Limited Edition, Stereo, Glow In The Dark. Record in beautiful condition, slight bubbling to label A. Sleeve has very minor shelf wear.
Essentially the British answer to Blondie, tackling different styles and sounds, and always with an ear toward pop. Opener "Future Daze" is art-punk, "Life's a Gamble" treats us to power pop, "Vision" is a heart-wrenching hard rock power ballad, "Silent Community" sounds totally goth rock to these ears, "Stone Heroes" rumbles along with proto-hardcore might, the mutant-disco of "Movement" should have your booty shaking, "Too Many Friends" goes the ska route, "Reunion" is plaintive and ethereal, concluding with church bells, and finally, great covers of Buzzcocks and Patti Smith tunes close the album out.
